Attorney Martha Deneen McKeon joined O’Malley, Deneen, Leary, Messina & Oswecki in March of 2021 after practicing with Day Pitney LLP. She graduated cum laude from Western New England University School of Law in 1993 and received a B.A. from Fairfield University in 1988.
Martha advises clients in all aspects of commercial real estate matters, with an emphasis on leasing work. She has significant experience representing landlords and tenants in office, retail and industrial leasing projects of all sizes in Connecticut and throughout the United States. She regularly drafts and negotiates commercial leases and amendments, subleases, license agreements, construction work letters and subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements.
Martha is actively involved in the Greenfield Hill Congregational Church. She previously served on the GHCC Church Council and currently serves on the Member Care Board. She lives in Fairfield with her husband and three daughters.
